a creative production team specialising in all things digital, combining the sum of different
abilities to create innovative ideas. Milano Acoustics is one of them, an initiative that aims to bring music back
to the street by making acoustic sessions in some characteristic locations in Milan. The goal is to create an intimate

BLACK BEAT MOVEMENT – Pla(y)ces
BLACK BEAT MOVEMENT
Black Beat Movement is a six-piece nu funk collective based in Milan, born in 2012 from the union of different musicians coming from various well-established projects (Vallanzaska, Rezophonic, Rootical Foundation) and new talents.
The band experiments with urban noises and neo soul, d’n’b, rap and funk beats.
In autumn 2012 the band recorded their five-track first ep called BLACK BEAT MOVEMENT available on iTunes.
MULINO DELLA SIMONETTA
In Milan there is still a place able to tell stories that resist to the passing of time; a place out of the urban fabric that still maintain the allure of the past.
Once called “il cortile degli scultori” (the sculputer’s courtyard), in this beautiful corner around the Mulino della Simonetta (the Simonetta’s Mill) many sculptures workshop found their place as the famous Arturo Martini and Andrea Cascella ones.
Nowadays there still remains only one while the other spaces have been reinvented according to contemporary uses and functions; here today, in this wonderful “rural village” stands the “Mulino Simonetta Coworking” a hub dedicated to visual art, fashion and design.
